We despatch orders on the same day. Just make sure you place your order before 2pm Monday-Friday. Any other order is despatched the next working day. 

Orders placed on-line are picked, packed and despatched as soon as practically possible. This is subject to payment being received. The majority of UK orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.  Certain off-shore, remote, Scottish Highland and Northern Ireland destinations may take longer. 

Prices for Standard UK mainland shipping (including packaging and handling) are shown in the tables below – and also in the order cart.

Royal Mail’s First-Class post service is used for small packages. Royal Mail Special Delivery is also available for a supplement. Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail first class small post deliveries, so please wait a full 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Royal Mail will only accept claims for loss after 10 working days from the due date by first class post and 5 working days for Special Delivery. .

DHL are used for larger products. Express options are also available at additional cost. Please contact us.

We will send you an order despatch confirmation email and on your mobile, once the order is shipped.

Please note that our shipping charge reflects our cost of processing, picking, packing and despatching your order and that we choose the best carriers ensuring that your order is delivered safely, securely and on time.

For Orders outside the UK, we have very competitive worldwide shipping rates. For Worldwide (outside the EU) orders, please note that any local import duty, taxes or customs clearance are not included in our prices and must be paid for by you, usually at the time of delivery by the Carrier.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. When returning any item, please ensure you enclose your return form and copy of the invoice, together with a note of why the item is being returned. All returns are subject to a physical inspectionWe must have received and inspected the product before an exchange or refund can be issued. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please ensure all goods are adequately packed to avoid damage, that you insure them accordingly with the carrier used and obtain a proof of shipment. Please note that goods must have no hair and grease on and be in the condition supplied at the point of sale, with the original, undamaged packaging, complete with any labels or tags. Labels and tags removed cannot be issued a refund.

Any refund will be made direct to the card or paypal account that was used for the purchase. Please note that exchanges are subject to the replacement item being in stock and can take up to 14 days to process. Returns will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory rights.
