We utilise Royal Mail's First-Class post service for lighter items. UPS is used depending on size and weight. Our shipping charge reflects the cost of processing, picking, packing and despatching your order.

Shipping charges (including packaging & handling) are calculated by the weight of your items.


Collection instead of shipment is by appointment only via checkout. See cart order for more details.

Return Policy

Equine Clearance is not responsible for courier loss. Note for returns: Please ensure you return goods within 30 days of receipt for full product refund and exchange; goods must be in original packaging with tags intact in a clean, resalable condition. We will not handle dirty or used goods. (horse hair). This does not affect your statutory rights. See T&C's. Goods received after 30 days will not be eligible for refund/exchange. For assistance please call Libby +447595284103. Up to 14 days to receive refund once return lands at the warehouse. Please note: Exchange is subject to goods being in stock. A refund will be processed if an exchange is not possible.

All returned items must have the returns form filled in on the back of your invoice. Not following the return form procedure may result in a delay in refund or exchange.
