The Prime Minister Boris Johnson addressed the nation. Essentially, he ‘locked down’ the country and stated that people will only be able to leave their house for one of four reasons:
1. Shopping for necessities
2. Once a day for exercise
3. Medical need or providing care
4. Travelling to or from work (if you can’t work from home)
We would like to reassure our customers that Equine Clearance will remain open for mail order. Pre-paid collections are closed.
The office based staff will be working from home and our warehouse staff will be observing a very strict hygiene regime.
All the key services you expect from Equine Clearance will continue to be delivered, UK and Worldwide, with the website continuing to function as normal. Please note: Shipping dates are MONDAY & THURSDAY – These dates have been selected to limit the social interacting within the warehouse. Deliveries may take longer than usual. UPS are working extremely hard to offer next day delivery throughout most of the country.

Equine Clearance is not responsible for courier loss. Note for returns: Please ensure you return goods within 30 days of receipt for full product refund and exchange; goods must be in original packaging with tags intact in a clean, resalable condition. We will not handle dirty or used goods. (horse hair). This does not affect your statutory rights. See T&C's. Goods received after 30 days will not be eligible for refund/exchange. For assistance please call Libby +447595284103. Up to 14 days to receive refund once return lands at the warehouse. Please note: Exchange is subject to goods being in stock. A refund will be processed if an exchange is not possible.
All returned items must have the returns form filled in on the back of your invoice. Not following the return form procedure may result in a delay in refund or exchange.
